we were put in touch with director haroula rose through a mutual friend. she showed us a rough cut of her new film, once upon a river, and asked that we might make a poster for it.

we put together a range of possible directions the poster could take, from which she selected a concept that we had called "the rising tide". haroula then conducted a photoshoot of her lead actress, and caspar created the river water and additional atmospherics in the new york studio.
