the film is excellent. we leapt at the chance. we presented evan with a range of possible directions the poster could take, and he chose this one.

first we needed a close-up photograph of—the film's star—kole kimbro's eye. kole kindly obliged and evan sent a photographer to los angeles to retrieve this image. then we began building the eye's reflection out in photoshop, using stills from the film. when the work was done we smoked a cigarette, stubbed it out and covered the poster with its remains.
