director mia walker and writer karoline xu got in touch after seeing our poster for the short film, blocks. their film pippi is a delicate and challenging piece about racial self-hatred. after some discussion about the film we immediately landed on the poster idea you see here. 

caspar made the poster in the berlin studio by printing out a still from the film, folding it up in an accordion fashion, lighting it and then photographing it.
