producers mars verrone and samantha curley reached out and asked that we might design the titles and do a touch of motion graphics and compositing for their new documentary, union. the film, directed by steve maing and brett story, is about the amazon labour union who made history in 2022 by becoming the first group to successfully unionize anamazon warehouse in the united states.

caspar and josiah produced a range of graphics for the film including an animated title sequence, lower third text treatments, compositing retouches and various zoom call graphics and edits.

the film was selected for the 2024 sundance film festival whilst we were working on it, where it won the US documentary special jury award. it also has a beautiful score by robert aiki aubrey lowe. needless to say, it's well worth seeing if you have a chance. in fact you can rent it online right now.
