Claire O'Malley

Claire O'Malley graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2001 with a first class honours degree in Biology.

She then joined the Trade Marks Department of Barker Brettell in Birmingham working as a paralegal in the formalities department.

In 2002 Claire joined the practice of Dummett Copp as a technical assistant. She specialises in biotechnological and genetics related inventions and has completed the Certificate in Intellectual Property Law at Queen Mary and Westfield College in London. She is currently studying for the qualifying examinations of both the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys and the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.
