the forward is a building of great historical siginificance in new york. it's where the jewish forward newspaperhad it's original offices for many years from the turn of the 20th century. for this reason the developer, ronald castellano, wanted to stay as true to the original feel of the building as possible, both in his architectural redesign and the website design. the website for the penthouse was built to present the top floor of the building as an exclusive location in its own right. to really bring it to life we teamed up with will macneil a uk based film editor and 3D animator and produced a beautiful 3D animation of what it might be like to walk through the penthouse when fully furnished. it's also worth mentioning that we worked in collaboration with the new york interior designer campion platt on this project. campion provided us with interior designs of his own to model the apartment on. the end result captures the unique location, interiors and views available at 175 east broadway.
once again thanks to michael bolla for granting us the chance to make a website for another fine new york property. this time for a new york town house in the west village. after much discussion as to how to create a fast loading, comprehensive and immersive website in a very short amount of time, we decided upon the interactive slideshow or 'myst' technique. it was also important that every shot of the building appear almost fake, as if it had been rendered in 3D, so a great deal of photoshop work was involved. the end result is a rather simple but enticing experience that gives you a chance to wander through the house whilst the owner is out.

douglas elliman contacted us after they saw our work on for michael bolla and the forward building. they wanted to bring their website at luxuryloft.com into the modern age. we were to revamp it on just about every level and give it a previously non-existant 'content management system'. the job went very smoothly and the end result was a tight, clean and easy to use html / css / javascript driven website of which they now have complete control and update entirely themselves with new content daily.

ariel & yair tavivian contacted us in order to further develop their new real estate company, the 'tavivian group'. the tavivian brothers were very interested in a new & unique aesthetic but at the same time wanted something minimal enough that the design would not conflict with the site info. after understanding their needs & discussing the many different routes, the end result was a tight, clean and easy to use flash/ html / css / javascript /php driven website of which they now have complete control & update daily.

before designing the site for 'tavivian group' we had to first build a brand as well as an overall company aesthetic. the final logo is based upon the concept of the two founders being twin brothers & their enthusiasm for the real estate business. each tower resembles one of the brothers & the shadows in which they cast together create the 't' of tavivian. we felt that this was a very strong concept & one that best fit their ideal company image.

the meier group wanted a polished, high-end real estate website with a set of cutting edge new features of their own devising. a site they could update themselves and that kept a cool veneer whilst doing a lot of work behind the scenes to gather data and help them tailor their business to their clients needs.

the tavivan sporn group wanted us to design an elegant, luxury website for a sea-side penthouse in israel. they sent us many photographs of the apartment and the surrounding area and briefed us on the general feel they were after for the site. we developed not just the logo and the overall site aesthetic but also composed a soothing atmospheric soundtrack for the site.
